All staff are trained in this policy which includes clear guidance in the event of a gift or hospitality being offered with a value in excess of £100. Any gift in excess of this amount is centrally logged and reviewed for compliance with the Bribery Act by the Head Master and the Bursar. Any potentially non-compliant gift is refused. The Gift Log is reviewed by the Risk Committee of the Governing Body.

Data Protection

Keeping your personal information safe and secure is one of our top priorities. There have been some changes to our privacy notice and other policies following the introduction of the new data protection law (General Data Protection Regulations “GDPR”) on 25 May 2018. The changes don’t alter what we use your personal information for, but make it easier for you to find out how we use and protect your information.

Your personal information is important. The fact that the law is changing only builds on what we already do today – and that is to give your personal information the respect and security it deserves. You do not need to take any action. However, if you would like to find out more, please take a look at our privacy notice and other policies below.
