Eating In: The Meal Experience
The quality of food at Lancing is very high and is greatly appreciated by the whole community. The menu is well balanced, runs on a three-weekly cycle, and is supervised by our own catering manager.
Much of the food on offer is sourced locally. Pupils serve themselves from a choice of dishes at each meal, including salads, soups, a pasta bar and vegetarian dishes. Use the links below to see some of the weekly menus.
A Food Committee of selected Sixth Form pupils meets regularly with senior staff and caterers. The catering manager is always willing to discuss specific dietary requirements with individual pupils and to tailor meals to individual needs.
We also supply House kitchens with extra snacks and afternoon teas, and hot and cold snacks and soft drinks can be purchased in the afternoon and evening from the Old’s Café, situated in the heart of the College.
