FOR THE PARENTS OF OLs

Formed in 1995, the Lancing Association gives parents of former pupils of the College the opportunity to:

• Maintain links with the College and its staff
• Meet up with old friends
• Have seats reserved at principal concerts and plays
• Enjoy a convivial meal in the Megarry Room before these events
• Receive information about all forthcoming events

All this for only £12.00 a year per family!

Although its purpose is not primarily fundraising, the Lancing Association makes annual contributions to the facilities of the College. In recent years, these have included:

• Portable staging for Great School
• Conference table and chairs for the Seminar Room in the Gwynne Library
• Chairs for the Staff Common Room
• Trees for the Millennium Tree Planting Programme
• Computerised sound equipment for the College Theatre
• New basketball equipment for the Sports Hall
• New noticeboards for the North Cloister of the Lower Quad
• An alpaca for the College Farm Project
• A donation to the College's Malawi Project
• A chandelier for the refurbished Megarry Room
• A television for the Sixth Form Club

Saturday 9 October	Victorian Dinner 7.00pm Reception in Great School, 8.00pm Dinner in the Dining Hall Tickets are £40 if ordered by post from Mrs Betts (cheques payable to theLancing Association); the application form is avaialble here, or £42 if ordered via Paypal here, to cover Paypal's costs
Wednesday 10 November	“My Fair Lady”, 7.30pm in the Theatre, following supper in the Megarry Room at 6.00pm  (including the AGM of the Association at 7.00pm)
Thursday 18 November	Concert by Candlelight, 8.00pm in the Chapel, following supper in the Megarry Room at 6.30pm
Friday 26 November	Advent Term Concert, 7.30pm in Great School, following supper in the Megarry Room at 6.00pm
Monday 6 December	Public Carol Service, 7.30pm in the Chapel, following a buffet supper in the Megarry Room from 6.00pm
	Guests and OLs are always welcome to accompany members.
