Little Lancing is wholly owned by Lancing College Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Buxbrass Limited), a subsidiary company of Lancing College. Lancing College Enterprises Limited handles those business activities that are not directly related to Lancing College's provision of independent education. The nursery is registered with Ofsted as the owner of Little Lancing Day Nursery & Forest School and the registered person is a director of the Lancing College Enterprises Limited.
The board members of Lancing College Enterprises Limited are drawn from the Lancing College board of Governors, current and past, who bring a wealth of experience to their role to offer support and advice and also shape the future strategy. Some governors are from professional backgrounds with legal, accountancy and surveying skills, teachers or retired heads; while others are parents of children or are former pupils of Lancing College (OLs).
