Diana joined Lancing in 2016 from The National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) where she was Director of Marketing, Impact and Sales from 2011. In her role at Lancing, Diana has oversight of the integrated marketing and communications plan for Lancing and the two prep schools. This covers marketing, admissions, fundraising and alumni relations.
Diana has worked extensively in education: with schools, further and higher education, business schools and varied national education stakeholders. She also spent 10 years working as a strategy and marketing consultant; her clients included Warwick University, Oxford Brookes University, Chichester College, The 157 Group of Colleges and The Centre for Excellence in Leadership.
Diana was educated at Wells Cathedral School, boarding from the age of six and also at De Aston School, Lincoln. She has an MBA (Distinction) from Ashridge.
Diana’s grandfather, father, uncle and cousin were all educated at Lancing College.
