The latest collection, showcases a remarkable increase in donations. Since the initiative began in 2022, the College's food drives have demonstrated significant growth in participation and contributions.
Representatives from the College delivered the gathered donations to the Foodbank, where staff expressed heartfelt gratitude for the community's continued support. In a letter to the College, Lancing and Sompting Churches Foodbank wrote the following:
Dear [Father] Justin and the lovely staff and pupils of Lancing College,
We would just like to say a HUGE thank you, for all your lovely and thoughtful donations of food from your Harvest Festival to the Lancing and Sompting Churches Foodbank. This will go a very long way to help our families in need.
We greatly thank you for your kindness.
