Inter-House Hockey

This week the boys battled it out in the annual House Hockey competition. As always, the matches were very competitive and it was excellent to see a big crowd supporting from the side-lines.

The Junior winners for this year were Second’s and the Senior winners were Teme House

This term we awarded the Golden Stick Award, a new recognition for the player who has scored the highest number of goals in one season. Bradley H won with seven goals, a tremendous achievement!

Inter-House Netball

It was a fantastic start to this competition, with some amazing netball played by all which made for close and competitive competitions. After adding up the scores in the junior tournament the top two teams tied, bringing it down to goal difference between Saints' and Field's. With a difference of two goals Saints' took the win for the Juniors.

The Senior competition came down to one goal, finally scored by Bea J for Manor House against Sankey's. Senior winners – Manor House.

Well done to all athletes who have represented Lancing – it has been a hugely successful term with so much top-quality sport being played. A special thank you to all of the coaches and teachers who have supported the programme.
