Mr Alun Price

After studying in Leeds and working across year groups from Reception to Year 6 in the maintained sector in London, Mr Price joined Lancing Prep Hove as Director of Sport in 2002. He was appointed Deputy Head in 2003 and is a member of the Senior Management Team, deputising for Mrs Keep. He is Pastoral head of school, Health & Safety Lead and deputy chair of the PTA. 

He teaches Prep School games to Years 3 to 8.

Mr Price travelled extensively before completing his PGCE and fulfilled a lifelong ambition when he took a six month sabbatical to work at the Sydney Olympic and Paralympic games in 2000.

Unsurprisingly, he enjoys exercise and keeping fit and is married with three sons who keep him busy.
