15 Years of Co-education at Lancing Prep Hove

In 2002, the former Mowden Preparatory School underwent two major changes: it was the last all boys’ prep & pre-prep school in Sussex to become co-educational and joined the Lancing College family of schools. The school has benefited enormously from those changes and we are very proud of the achievements of our girls and boys, academically, creatively and in sport. They leave us with a sense of confidence and self-belief, together with a set of values that will remain with them for life. Our pupils attain impressive results in the Common Entrance and Common Academic Scholarship examinations; many gain 13+ scholarships to Lancing College and are awarded excellent grades at GCSE and A Level.

We will be celebrating the 15 years of Lancing Prep Hove as a co-educational school at various points throughout this academic year. We are starting with a specially extended programme of up to 15 scholarships for children joining the school in Years 1 to 8 in September 2018.
