We hold two Open Mornings a year on a Saturday morning, one in the Autumn term and one in the Summer term.
In addition, we hold ‘at home’ mornings in the Spring term, where visitors see Lancing Prep Hove in action on a normal school day.
After an initial visit to an Open Morning, we strongly recommend that parents visit to the school during the working week, for a personal tour and to meet with the Head Mistress and Admissions staff.
Parents are warmly invited to visit the school at any time of year, although, increasingly, the competition for places suggests that an early visit may be desirable.
What to expect at our Open Morning
Our Open Mornings offer an opportunity for prospective parents and pupils to visit the School on a Saturday morning.
After an introductory talk by Mrs Keep, our Head Mistress, visitors have a full tour of the School, usually guided by one of our pupils.
There will be opportunities to ask questions whilst on the tour and to talk to teachers and our Admissions staff afterwards over refreshments in our school hall.
What to expect at our Open House
Our Open House Mornings offer an opportunity for prospective parents and pupils to visit the School on a normal weekday.
After a tour of the School, refreshments are served in our school hall and parents will have the opportunity to meet Mrs Keep, our Head Mistress, and to talk with our teachers and staff.
