Yasmin is a solicitor with over 20 years experience specialising in Technology and Commercial law.  She has held C-Suite roles in high growth global technology companies working with Private Equity investors to protect and enhance shareholder value. 

Yasmin has 2 daughters and lives in South West London, she joined the Lancing College Board of Governors in 2024.
