Netball: U8 v Dorset House Lost 0-3
The girls embarked on their first-ever fixture after just a few training sessions. They tried so hard, really listened to the instructions and began to link passes well but struggled to get the ball into the D. As the quarters went on, the team began to work well in defence, staying really close to the players being marked. This improved throughout the game and Matilda, Unaysah and Leila made some super interceptions to gain possession. Ruby worked really hard in the D; she made some shots and was unlucky not to get the ball in the net. Well done to the girls for playing a really good first game and thank you to the parents who came along to support the team. Player of the match: Kimberley L.
