After completing a primary PGCE, she has worked in a variety of London schools, in roles ranging from Head of Computing, Phase and Maths Lead through to Academic Deputy of a large Pre-Preparatory in Hampstead, where she worked for six years. Her work with senior leadership teams has been exemplary and she has led and motivated staff to improve the quality of education. Later this year she is due to complete an MA in Educational Leadership at UCL in London.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>Emma brings with her a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. Mrs Milling comments, \u2018I am confident that Emma will be an excellent addition to the Senior Management Team at Lancing Prep at Worthing.
