Entry into Year 7 in September 2025
We are delighted to welcome new pupils into Year 7 at the start of their senior education. We offer a number of scholarships to girls and boys at the age of 11 for entry into Year 7. Prospective parents are advised to register their interest for 11+ places and scholarships as early as possible as both are limited.
If you are interested in applying for Year 7 entry in 2025 please contact our Registrar, Mrs Catherine Fauvel, who will be able to assist with the application process. Children will then be invited to our taster morning and assessment days in mid-January, where they will sit Cognitive Ability tests, a writing test and have the opportunity to demonstrate any other talents they wish (drama/sport/music). Children are considered for places and scholarships at the same time. Scholarship awards are made on academic criteria and/or any strengths and talents the child may have in other creative, performing and sporting areas. Late entries may be considered.
The award of a scholarship does not in itself represent a reduction in fees. Parents of those children who are awarded scholarships are invited to apply for a means-tested bursary and will be required to complete a Statement of Financial Circumstances Form which will be taken into consideration. Depending upon circumstances, a bursary may be offered of up to 50 per cent remission of fees.

To progress an application, parents will need to pay the non-refundable registration fee of £75 (unless already registered and paid) - details of how to pay are shown on the Registration Form - and to complete and return the forms, either by post or sent via email to LPWAdmissions@lancing.org.uk
