Water Bottle
Pull Buoy, Kick Board, Snorkel
Post-swim snack
Fins – ‘Finis Long Floating Fins’ are preferred
Theraband (This will be provided during induction week)
Optional: Pull band
Hand Paddles (13+ only) – for guidance on size of hand paddles please
speak to Charlotte
Recommended: Foam Roller (for use at home or before/after training sessions).
*Log book – Please buy a book to record training sets, times, goals and gala results.
