Bring a Friend for Free – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Eligibility: Book one full-price Activity Camp session and bring a friend from a different household for free.
2. Limit: Only one free session per child is allowed as part of this offer.
3. Different Family Requirement: The free place must be used by a child from a different household/family than the paying child.
4. Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Early booking is recommended.
5. Extras Not Included: Early start, late finish, and hot meals are not included in the free session and must be paid for separately if required.
6. Packed Lunches: Children attending without a booked hot meal must bring a packed lunch.
    

Activity Camp General terms

Cancellation terms

1. Bookings may be cancelled or altered (subject to availability) up to 4 weeks before the date of the booking for a full refund.
2. Between 4 weeks and 1 week before the date of the booking, you may change your booking or cancel and receive a credit note. This will incur an admin charge of £5.00.
3. 7 days prior to the booking, no refunds or credit notes will be given. If your child is sick and does not attend, you will still need to pay for the session.
4. The Lancing College holiday clubs run whatever the weather – in the unlikely event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions, Lancing College reserves the right to cancel the holiday club session. In this instance, a credit note will be offered if the session is cancelled before midday.

Food Policy

1. Children eat lunch in their groups. To prevent issues with allergies, children should not share food. The Café area provides a comfortable setting for lunch with instructors and friends. Children are encouraged to eat at their own pace. For safety reasons, please inform us of any allergies when booking.

Home Time

1. Children remain with their groups until sign-out. If there are last-minute pick-up changes, please call the office or site coordinator (their number will be displayed at the gate). We operate a password collection system to ensure only authorised individuals collect children.
2. Please ensure all belongings are taken home each day.

Staff

1. Our staff are DBS-checked and safeguarding trained, and every club has first aid-trained instructors.
2. Holiday clubs have a folder at sign-in with information regarding qualifications, insurance, and first aid certificates.

SEN

1. We are an inclusive club promoting the benefits of outdoor sports and activities for all children.
2. During holiday clubs, we maintain a ratio of 1 instructor to 10 children. If your child has additional needs, please contact us to discuss whether the holiday club environment can meet their needs and offer the right level of support.

3. If your child receives one-to-one support at school, please reach out before booking to discuss if we can offer appropriate support.
