As Lancing’s new Head Master from September 2025, I was drawn to the College’s commitment to nurturing the talents of individuals within a community that values kindness, diversity, and curiosity. I am really thrilled to lead a school that embraces both tradition and modernity, enriched by outstanding pastoral care, ambitious teaching, and a rich co-curricular programme. I look forward to building on these successes in collaboration with the whole community, as the Lancing family of schools moves into an exciting next stage in its development.

Parent (NEW PARENT SURVEY 2022)
My child is very happy at the College. He sees Lancing as his second home. Every one of the staff have made the Third Former’s feel at home, starting with senior staff, all the way to Matrons, Kitchen Staff, Transport, Reception, Cafe, Shop, Medical Center, grounds staff and so on. Thank you Lancing! My child is safe and well cared for at the College.
