Lancing College Sixth Form

Why Choose Lancing College Sixth Form?

The Sixth Form at Lancing provides an amazing two year experience for pupils moving up from the Senior School or joining us from another school. This is a highly personalised journey, with tutors and specialists working with pupils to ensure academic excellence and to prepare them to enter the next stage of their lives as independent, confident and self-aware young adults.

Sixth Form Support

UCAS preparation starts in the Lower Sixth and continues with increasingly-tailored support as important choices are made, and exams taken. The College’s excellent academic results are achieved within an environment where pupils also take part in a wide range of co-curricular activities.

Sixth Form enrichment is extensive, with dedicated Oxbridge support, specialist career groups, Head Master’s lectures and a wide range of societies.

Pupils also benefit from a Leaving Lancing programme, designed in consultation with pupils to enhance self-sufficiency and confidence.

In the Sixth Form pupils are increasingly introduced to the wider Lancing community of former pupils, staff and parents, with its rich base of knowledge, advice and contacts.
