Become a Guide at Lancing College Chapel

At Lancing College Chapel, we are always delighted to welcome new members to our team of Chapel Guides. Becoming a Guide is a wonderful opportunity to become deeply involved in the social, spiritual and communal life of the Chapel and the College. As a Chapel Guide, you will not only support the welcome of visitors to the Chapel but also become a valued member of our community, helping to nurture the spiritual growth and well-being of those who enter.

Our current schedule offers shifts on Saturdays and Mondays (with options from 10:00AM – 1:00PM or 1:00PM – 4:00PM), Tuesdays through Fridays from 11.30AM – 2:30PM throughout the academic year, as well as during the Verger’s holidays. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are willing to cover at least one shift per month – although if you feel inspired to contribute more, that enthusiasm is always welcomed!

No prior experience is necessary, as full training is provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
