Head Master
Scott joined Lancing as Head Master in September 2025. Prior to this, he was Deputy Head of Magdalen College School, a large boys' school with a co-educational Sixth Form in Oxford, since 2018. Before joining MSC, he spent nine years at Highgate School, where he was a Housemaster, Head of Biology, and Head of Science. He holds a PhD in Biology from the University of York and a BA in Biological Sciences from St Peter's College, Oxford. Scott is also a trained Team Inspector with the Independent Schools Inspectorate and a school governor.
