Yasmin is a solicitor with over 20 years experience specialising in Technology and Commercial law.  She has held C-Suite roles in high growth global technology companies working with Private Equity investors to protect and enhance shareholder value.

Yasmin has two daughters and lives in South West London, she joined the Lancing College Board of Governors in 2024.
