Izzy joins Lancing as Graduate Sports Assistant having completed a degree in Psychology from the Open University. She has previously represented cricket for the England Academy and Kent Women and has also played a season abroad for Melbourne Cricket Club in Australia. Izzy is looking forward to having a positive impact on the girls’ cricket programme, in particular.
