Charlotte Malik (OL, Manor 2004-2009) represented Great Britain in swimming from 2007 to 2012, competing at World and European Championships and serving as an ambassador for British Swimming at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. After retiring from competitive sport, she moved into coaching while completing a degree in Psychology, later returning to Lancing to establish the College’s Swimming Academy.

Since 2020, Charlotte has been a tutor in Sankey’s House, served as Acting Assistant HMM in 2021, and became Resident Assistant HMM of Saints’ in 2023. She is also one of the College’s Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads, teaches PSHE, and is currently studying for an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London. Charlotte is deeply committed to pastoral care and dedicated to supporting the well-being and personal development of every student.
