At Lancing Prep Hove, we believe children achieve their best when they feel happy, valued and supported. Every pupil is unique, and our teaching reflects this: we tailor our approach to different learning styles and provide the individual guidance and encouragement that helps each child excel.
Small, mixed‑ability classes ensure that every pupil receives focused attention and meaningful challenge. For our most able senior pupils, our Scholarship form offers an enriched programme with exceptional academic stretch. Many of our pupils go on to earn highly regarded awards and scholarships to Lancing College and other leading senior schools – achievements driven by inspirational teaching, ambition and a strong work ethic, rather than by pressure.

Pupils’ academic attainment is very strong with many senior pupils achieving very highly in academic assessments and gaining scholarships for their next school. Pupils make rapid progress in lessons.
