Executive Director of External Relations

Victoria joined Lancing College as Executive Director of External Relations in 2026, with responsibility for Admissions, Marketing and Development across the Lancing family of schools.

She has extensive experience in marketing, communications, pupil recruitment, development and international relations, with a particular interest in how schools build strong relationships with families throughout their journey from first enquiry to life beyond the school.

At Lancing, Victoria leads the College’s external relations strategy, overseeing pupil recruitment and admissions, brand and communications, alumni engagement and development.

Victoria has a son who is a pupil at Lancing. A fan of lifelong learning, Victoria holds a Level 3 qualification in British Sign Language. She also enjoys cooking, travel and keeping active.
