Welcome to our New Staff Members

As the new Academic Year begins, Lancing has welcomed new staff joining the College. This includes our new Head Master as well as a wide range of academic and support staff, all focused on delivering the best possible school experience for our students.  

New staff began their Lancing journey a few days before students arrived, this enabled them to familiarise themselves with our spacious site, meet key members of existing staff, undertake training and then to join all staff for start of term inset days.
