Mr Paddy Mason

Paddy joined Lancing Prep Hove in September 2021. A graduate of theology, he began his prep school career as Head of Religious Studies before embarking upon senior leadership. He joined LPH from Ashdown House, where he spent six years as Deputy Head. 

As Director of Studies, Paddy is responsible for the school’s academic provision. His other professional responsibilities include serving as a team and boarding inspector for the ISI and as a governor of Felbridge Primary School. 

Away from school life, Paddy enjoys outdoor pursuits including running, cycling and kayaking. He is married with two young children.
