Mrs Kirsty Keep, Head Mistress, Lancing Prep Hove

Mrs Keep joined Lancing Prep Hove as Head Mistress in September 2016. Previously Head of Lower School at Downsend School, Leatherhead where she was in post since 2005, Mrs Keep has brought a wealth of experience to the school through senior roles at Edge Grove School, Aldenham, Hertfordshire, an independent prep school for boys and girls aged 3-13 years.  

Mrs Keep has a real commitment to education and is currently completing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Married to Mr Edward Keep, who teaches Mathematics at the school, they have one young daughter and the family enjoy swimming and heading for the ski slopes in the winter.
