Nicholas Grimshaw, Assistant Head (Positive Behaviour & Restorative Justice)

Nicholas Grimshaw has an Honours degree in Primary Education from the University of Brighton. Since qualifying, he has worked at a number of schools across Brighton and Hove, leading both KS1 and KS2 and acting as an advisor to trainee teachers. He later enjoyed two years as the Head of English at Repton College in Dubai. Upon his return to the UK, he took up a position as Deputy Head before moving to West Sussex, where he joined the team at Lancing Prep at Worthing as a Year 6 tutor and leading the Learn to Learn initiative across the school.

Nicholas now teaches English to Years 5 and 6 and is the Assistant Head of Positive Behaviour and Restorative Justice.

Outside of school, Nicholas has a young daughter and son who keep his hands full, but he also enjoys cooking and fine dining with his family, both of which leave him with a full stomach but an empty wallet!
