Lancing has a very popular and thriving Sixth Form where existing pupils welcome a strong group of new pupils each year. Our new pupils come from a wide variety of previous schools to make their experience of Lancing a success.

Entry into the Sixth Form is assessed in November by:
- References from the current school
- Academic interviews
- Computerised Cognitive Ability Test
- A personal statement
All candidates must be registered by mid-October. Places are offered in early December to successful candidates, subject to their meeting the normal GCSE qualifications for Sixth Form entry (a minimum of five grade 6s, which would usually include English and Mathematics).
When the successful candidate is offered a place at Lancing, the payment of an entrance deposit is required. This deposit is refunded when the pupil leaves the College.
From International Senior Schools
Admissions to the College are based on an examination, informal interview in person with the Registrar (or via Skype) and is subject to a satisfactory report and reference from your child’s current school.
