Local Transport Services
For families in the local area, our comprehensive transport network uses a fleet of modern minibuses. This service reduces traffic congestion on campus and contributes to environmental sustainability. Convenient Routes: Covering key locations, our buses operate Monday through Saturday, with specific adjustments for exeat weekends, half terms, and end-of-term travel.
Flexible Options: Families can book one-way or round-trip journeys for the term, with sibling discounts and occasional bookings available where space permits.
Safe and Reliable: All drivers are DBS-checked, and vehicles are maintained to meet stringent safety standards.

Supporting International Families
For international students, we offer robust support to make travel as seamless as possible for both parents and children:
Airport Transfers: An escorted bus for larger groups between Lancing with Gatwick (40 minutes) and Heathrow (75 minutes) airports. For individual needs, we arrange cost-effective shared taxi services, with other pupils travelling on similar flights.
Visa Assistance: As a UKVI-licensed sponsor, we ensure that pupils have the correct visas and provide detailed travel letters to families before each holiday.
Unaccompanied Minor Support: Our staff can escort students through airport check-in and hand them over to airline care if needed.
Flexible Boarding Arrangements: For flights departing after term finishes, we accommodate boarders overnight or ensure we have a House open for early arrivals.
We liaise closely with parents, guardians, and Housemasters/Housemistresses to provide tailored support, ensuring every child feels secure throughout their journey.
